PERSPECTIVE
At Landry-Creedon every project we undertake begins with careful listening. Our job is to learn as much as we can about our clients and their needs so we can understand what will constitute success. We have seen success take many forms. It can be a major change in public policy, passage or defeat of new legislation or a big splash in the newspaper that positions our client to the right audience. Or, it can be a quiet victory where only a few key decision-makers are brought into the inner circle. What is important is that from the onset, everyone agrees upon the goal.
Then we go to work to outline a set of actions to move us toward that goal. Our strategy may focus on working with multiple layers of government officials and agencies. It can involve bringing together opposing parties to reach a solution. It may require writing white papers or placing ads or op eds in a newspaper.
Once the overall strategy is determined, we identify who is best to carry out each step of the program. At Landry-Creedon, our staff offers great depth of experience and skills. But in this fast-paced, complex governmental and business environment, we may find that it is advantageous to our client to assemble an outstanding team to deliver this strategy. Acting as team manager or owner’s rep, we make certain everyone works together and moves effectively and efficiently to achieve our client's goal.
We work with our clients to identify key messages that will help us tell their story. Messaging is not just for working with the media. It is essential to achieving one's goals. Specific, identified goals. Connecting the right people at the right time. A focus on positive results. And clear, consistent and strategic messaging. At Landry-Creedon, these key elements help ensure success.
